Selection Criteria for Hosted Buyers

What We Ask in Return

Investment Portfolio: Hosted buyers should have a substantial investment portfolio in the real estate sector or significant purchasing power to engage in potential investment opportunities.

Industry Experience: Preference will be given to buyers with extensive experience and expertise in real estate investment, development, or related fields.

Geographical Diversity: Hosted buyers from diverse geographical regions will be selected to ensure a broad representation of international interests and perspectives.

Decision-Making Authority: Buyers must have decision-making authority within their organizations or demonstrate the ability to influence investment decisions.

Steps to Become a Hosted Buyer

How Can I Become a Hosted Buyer?

  • Interested buyers must submit an online application form providing detailed information about their investment profile, industry experience, and specific interests.
  • The Hosted Buyers Program Committee (KLIK EKSPO GROUP + NAREA) will review all applications and select candidates based on the established criteria.
  • Selected hosted buyers will receive a formal invitation to participate in the program, along with further instructions on itinerary customization and additional details about the fair.
  1. Interested buyers are required to complete and submit the application form.
  2. Upon approval, our Hosted Buyer Team will reach out to the applicant for additional details.
  3. Our team will email everything you need to get into the exhibition: badges, QR codes, etc. Upon arrival, buyers are requested to notify the reception desk and present their badges (QR codes) for exhibition entry.
  4. The reception team will then furnish buyers with the essential documentation for their scheduled meetings with exhibitors.
  5. A reimbursement of €300 will be processed subsequent to the conclusion of the event, contingent upon the buyer’s participation in a minimum of 10 B2B engagements with our exhibitors. This reimbursement applies solely to international buyers traveling from overseas.
